Homework Policy

We are asking that you take the time to remind your son or daughter to practice his/her math facts at home, for at least 15 minutes each weekday evening (this includes, but is not limited to, fact practice verbally, on the computer, computer applications, flashcards, peer review with siblings, etc). In their agenda students should record how many minutes they practiced.  Students are also required to read for at least 15 minutes every night. Students check out two library books weekly from the school library.  Students are encouraged to read from these books.  Students need to record these minutes in their agenda as well.  Your student is also responsible for getting your signature or initials nightly. Agendas will be checked daily. If you would like additional resources to support your child’s progress please let me know.
